SafeMode is committed to safeguarding any personal or confidential information that may be collected through our Services and to ensuring that you are fully informed as to how such information will be used. First, we may actively ask you to provide personal information as part of providing you with requested Services or when corresponding with you, whether as an organizer or as a driver. This may include the following instances:

Registration: When you register to use the Services, we will ask you to provide certain information. Such information may include, but is not limited to, your name, the name of your organization, position within the organization, mobile phone number, email address, physical address or location (“Contact Information”) and password created in order to be able to contact you, verify your account and allow you to log in in future instances. If you are an organizer paying a fee for using the Services, this information may also include credit card or other billing information.

When You Communicate With Us: When you contact us with questions, comments or for purposes of customer/technical support, we collect the information contained in your message, which may include your Contact Information and any other personal information you provide.

When You Fill Out a Survey: We may collect your Contact Information through surveys we may conduct from time to time in respect of the Services. Participation and providing information in surveys is optional.

In addition, in order to provide the Services, we may receive from third parties data regarding your use of the Services and events occurred while driving (such as accidents, telemetry data, fuel consumption). We will analyze this data and provide input to your fleet manager which will include a recommended incentive as part of the Services.

2. WHAT WE DO OR MIGHT DO WITH THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

We may evaluate, retain and use the information provided to us and the data generated from users to:

Collect and store it for your continued use of the Services;
Provide your fleet manger input for which will include a recommended incentive as part of the Services;
Contact you from time to time with critical user or service updates or other information important to support the Services. We may contact you to ensure that the information we have in our records is accurate or when in need of additional information to complete your profile;
Receive feedback and comments from you about our Services and inquire about any features you would like to see in future offerings. We may also contact you to ask for your satisfaction rate, inform you of technical issues, or offer you upgrades, promotions and additional products that you may be interested in;
Send out newsletters to you;
Provide, customize, measure and improve our Services, content, marketing and advertising;
Develop new services;
Process your payment through authorized and secure third-party billing operators (if applicable);
Assist us for our own internal statistical and analytical purposes; ;
Prevent activity we determine to be potentially illegal; and
Enforce this Privacy Policy and/or our Terms or any other purpose referenced herein or therein.

We may store or process your information on servers located outside of your country.

(b) In the event of a proposed or actual sale, merger, liquidation, dissolution, reorganization or acquisition of all or part our company or its assets, so long we give affected users notice before personally identifiable information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. LINKS AND THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may offer links from our Platform to other websites which may be hosted by our partners, or by unrelated companies. Such websites are not governed by this Privacy Policy and SafeMode makes no representation as to their practices for dealing with your personal information. Therefore, if you visit such third party sites following such referral, or use the related services of such parties, we recommend that you check their privacy policy prior to any use.

5. SECURING THE INFORMATION
